Gorgeous sunrises and peaceful views made our New Year's stay unforgettable. The stunning landscape of Lake Argentina and the surrounding area was simply breathtaking. We loved starting our mornings on the main deck, taking in the beauty of nature. The modern and stylish rooms provided a comfortable retreat after a day of exploring. The friendly staff were always attentive and helpful, and their restaurant recommendations were spot-on. We also enjoyed the served breakfast every day, which was a great way to kickstart our adventures.
The lack of towel racks in the rooms was a minor inconvenience, as we had to find other places to hang our towels. being 3km from town meant we had to rely on taxis to get around, which added to our expenses.

The view.
The service of the owners was very very bad, I'm not lying. It was terrible, the worst service ever. I will not recommend this hotel for no body. Go to another hotel, don't go to this one you will get robbed by the owners.

We enjoyed our Easter stay at a modern hotel with a great view of the lake and the mountains. The breakfast was fantastic with a breathtaking view. The staff members were very friendly and helpful, with one staff member going beyond what was expected. We also appreciated the well-kept surroundings, including the garden. The complementary offerings were a great way to complete the overall experience.
The hotel's location was far from the city center, and it was necessary to hire a car to move around. , the hill leading up to the hotel had large potholes which made it difficult to reach the hotel.

Beautiful and nice little hotel with very pleasant team especially the manager. Exceptionally comfortable beds, central heating, a personal safe and multi-channel television in the room. A gorgeous view of lake. Location close enough to Chile/Argentina, and Patagonia lake and hills. Delicious food in the restaurants such as Cicero Bistro, located 5 min away.

The views from the lobby are breathtaking and the cozy furniture makes you feel right at home. The staff is friendly and accommodating, always ready to help. Rooms are beautifully decorated with crisp linen and spotless towels. The outside hot tub is a perfect way to relax and soothe any aching muscles after a long day hiking. the lavender bushes add a great touch to the atmosphere.
The location is not central, requiring a taxi to get into town. breakfast is continental with limited variety.

Beautiful building, straight out of Grand Designs, with eco materials and massive front windows. Fantastic view onto the lagoon and mountains. Very very comfortable bed. Very helpful staff. Great place to chill. Was a bit surprised at the distance from the town(2.5 km), which wasn't clear on the website, but that wasn't a problem for us as we walk a lot. It's an easy 25 minute walk around the lake, or $12 for a cab at night. Appreciated the quietness... Also not a problem for a female couple to share a bed so gay friendly too.
